We are a family-based company that prides itself on providing the medical community with the most talented and experienced medical transcriptionists and coders in the industry.

InScribe was founded in August 2006 by Dani Lynch, who made her name in the industry by specializing in the design and implementation of centralized dictation and transcription systems.   She implemented hundreds of systems for large, multi-facility healthcare corporations, as well as smaller hospitals and clinics.   She was also one of the “pioneers” in both front and back-end speech recognition systems.

Our Clients

We provide medical transcription and coding to several large healthcare corporations.   LifePoint Hospitals, Tenant and Attentus Healthcare are three multi-facility associations we service.   In addition, Martha Jefferson Medical Center in Virginia is one of many community-owned hospitals and physician clinics that contribute to the more than 1 million lines produced monthly by our “InScribers”.

We provide our clients with 24/7 report assistance and STAT coverage at no cost.   We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee philosophy – if we don’t do what we say we are going to do, our clients do not pay for the service.

We jokingly refer to our services as a “buffet”...   take what you need and leave the rest!

Do you need overflow assistance on occasion?   We have no minimum requirements.

Do you just need us to keep your Discharge Summaries current?   We can do that!

Do you need periodic Quality Evaluations for your transcriptionists?   We offer that service.

Or, do you need us to charge in and give you daily turnaround, “transcribe as dictated” service and one hour priority reports?   Those are our specialties.

Our people have to pass the most stringent quality hurdles in the industry.   They are subject to constant “blind” quality evaluations.   They must consistently score 98% accuracy or better to remain a part of our crew.   We are proud that the majority of our MTs score 99.5% or better – and our "Hundred Percent Club" make up a full 30% of our force!

We provide labor for client systems with a Business to Business (B2B or Site-to-Site) network connection.   We also provide dictation, transcription or coding systems for our clients.   We support every dictation, transcription and coding system on the market today – even a few “legacy” systems that are not commonly utilized.   We provide and service Dictaphone systems, Lanier systems, Dolby/DVI, Express Scribe, Standalone Word or Word Perfect documents (faxed or emailed via encrypted mail servers), 3M, Meditech, HMS, ChartScript, Docuscribe and digital portables (Olympus, GoMD, Boomerang).   Basically, if you have it – or have thought about it – we can install it, implement it and provide the labor to run it!

Our Medical Transcriptionists and Coders

Dani’s dream was to enable others to pursue their dreams by offering a company where transcriptionists and coders could work at home, while visiting relatives in another city, or while sitting on a beach!   She also was committed to developing an on-line university where people could learn transcription and coding from seasoned professionals.   Her idea was to instill her philosophy of personal pride and then hire them for InScribe.   To date, InScribe has hired 100% of their graduates.

Dani has built a company of people who are committed to offering a hand up to those who demonstrate the drive and determination to succeed...what she refers to as "want to".   To this end, InScribe offers scholarships to their university to those who are temporarily short on cash but LONG on ambition!
